Responsibilities & Context:
∎ End-to-End Business Process Mapping and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive mapping and analysis of business processes across all departments, sections, and sub-sections within the RMG industry
∎ Business Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify key scenarios and understand the impact of data on business decision-making.
∎ Documentation and Learning Material Development: Document all activities performed by individuals and convert this documentation into effective learning materials.
∎ Microlearning Content Development: Identify emerging areas within the industry and develop microlearning content on relevant topics. This includes the entire development process from conceptualization to content scripting.
