∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and approval of Budget
∎ Planning of Budget for all SBUs under Expo Group according to their business nature and financial year and sharing the same with the SBUs in advance
∎ Preparation and development of budget format and sending to SBUs to input their data
∎ Sending mail to each SBU to prepare yearly budget and following-up the same
∎ Collecting draft budget from each SBU within the timeline
∎ Reviewing draft budgets and sending mail to concerned persons with review comments
∎ Collecting revised budget and arranging meeting between management and SBUs
∎ Finalizing budget incorporating the recommendation from management and submitting for management approval
∎ Disseminating approved budget to SBUs
∎ Reviewing monthly financial statements and reporting on achievement of budget
∎ Recommending SBUs to formulate plan for achieving the budget
∎ Revising budget with the recommendations of management after second quarter
∎ Getting approval from management on revised budget and disseminate the same to SBUs
∎ Preparing, modifying and innovating the format of Business Presentation
∎ Collecting business presentation from the SBUs and reviewing the same and giving review comments along with recommendations to SBUs
∎ Organizing monthly business review meeting for all SBUs and facilitating the same
∎ Collecting meeting minutes from SBUs and following up the same
∎ Reporting to management regularly on the business progress
∎ Collecting investment proposal from management and reviewing the documents collected from the investee
∎ Providing review comments to them and asking for additional information and documents
∎ Arranging and facilitating meeting with the investee and management of Expo Group
∎ Recommending management on new investment decision making.
∎ Informing management decision to investee and making arrangement for new investment with the advice of management
∎ Yearly analysis and report of business performance of the SBUs to management. comparing with the approved budget and recommending management for next course of actions
∎ Preparation of KFA and fund flow statements for the Freight forwarding companies
∎ Following-up monthly meeting held in SBUs and collecting meeting minutes
∎ Following-up the performance of each business and reporting to management
∎ Meeting the requirements of management relating to Business analysis and Control with the direct supervision of management
