Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum S.S.C or equivalent degree from any recognized institute/School either home or abroad.
∎ Academic qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates having prolonged background in brazing operation of bicycle frame & fork.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in welding and cutting of products specially in bicycle industry,
∎ To apply in depth knowledge in specialized welding and cutting techniques along with materials, equipment and fabrication process,
∎ To analyze work orders and blueprints in order to determine the need for supplies, sequence of operation as and when necessary,
∎ To inspect work or confer with EN standard brazing operation for maintaining a specified standard and quality,
∎ To train workers in operation of tools, equipment and machinery,
∎ To set up machines or to make trial welds for making test runs and experimental products,
∎ To supervise brazing and soldering operations,
∎ To supervise fitting and soldering operations etc and ensure all metal meet to EN standard.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the company in case of necessity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 46 years
∎ At least 15 years hands on experience in bicycle manufacturing process particularly on brazing bicycle frame & fork. Preference will be given to candidates who have the practical experience in conducting inspections, specializing in different areas of welding, used mechanized systems and both in MIG & TIG welding, performing hand welding, cutting and joining materials.

Salary: Negotiable
