Experience: 1–2 years in Branding/Marketing/Sales or Field Promotion.
Must be comfortable with frequent field visits across Bangladesh.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
Project Duration: 6 Months (May extend or shorten based on project performance)
Work Area: Nationwide (Must be willing to travel across Bangladesh)
Job Responsibilities:
প্রজেক্ট চলাকালীন সারা বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন জেলা ও মার্কেট রিটেইল শপ ভিজিট করা।
রিটেইলারদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে ব্র্যান্ডের সঠিক ইমেজ প্রতিষ্ঠা ও রক্ষা করা।
রিটেইল দোকানে সান্নাই পণ্যের Display/Front Rack Presence নিশ্চিত করা।
ব্র্যান্ডিং ম্যাটেরিয়াল (Standee, Poster, Sticker, Display Units) সঠিকভাবে দোকানে স্থাপন ও ব্র্যান্ড ভিজিবিলিটি মনিটরিং করা।
নতুন পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য, USP ও কাস্টমার বেনিফিট সম্পর্কে রিটেইলারদের ব্রিফ করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Micro-Training প্রদান করা।
প্রতিটি রিটেইল দোকানের ব্র্যান্ডিং অবস্থা Brand Audit Scorecard এর মাধ্যমে মূল্যায়ন করা।
দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করে ম্যানেজমেন্টকে জমা দেওয়া।
প্রয়োজনে ডিলার পয়েন্টে গিয়ে স্টক যাচাই, পণ্যের মুভমেন্ট এবং ব্র্যান্ড পজিশন মনিটর করা।
Job Other Benifits:
Basic Salary: 14,000 BDT (Monthly) *(Negotiable for experienced)
TA: Actual (As per company policy)
DA: 120 BDT (Per day during field visit)
Hotel Bill (Night Stay) As per company policy
