Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain proper customer support through online/offline.
∎ To ensure sustainable Brand growth in defined targeted areas.
∎ To prepare and deliver customer stock and sales analysis report on daily basis to the concerned person to generate new sales.
∎ Deliver the product price to the customers (B2B).
∎ Develop success plan by Collaborate with line-manager to achieved sales targets.
∎ Conducting product training workshops for employees of partners to update them about new or old product line-ups.
∎ To play a leading role in launching appropriate new offers / programs by properly evaluating competitor brand offers and analyzing consumer product requirements.
∎ Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop sales revenue to ensure success in defined target areas.
∎ Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify product gaps and generate new ideas to fill product gaps.
∎ Perform any other responsibility assigned by management or supervisor from time to time.
