∎ The scope of this position is to cover the overall market for the particular product or model, its health & image.
∎ As the product strategy comply with the national marketing strategy, so individual product manager should fulfill all the market demand.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the CEO of the product.
∎ Understand Runner's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that enhance the Runner customer experience.
∎ Prepare the product/ model planning with the sync of national marketing plan (Short, Medium, Long).
∎ Prepare phase in & phase out plans for selected segments/ area/ model/ product.
∎ Visit customers / Dealers / Showrooms regularly and create rapport for regular sales (Specially lost deals)
∎ Manage & maintain the RAL sales process in timely manner (Lead Generation, Lost Deal).
∎ Provide technical support on specification enquirers to product team (PD & R&D) in timely manner to maximize the realization of sales opportunity.
∎ Assist in analyzing and solving product quality issues.
∎ Be an expert problem solver on behalf of product team and customers.
∎ Analyze the competitors offering, inform core team and advise for retaliation.
∎ Lead and participate in Product Planning (PPM), Demand Planning (DPM) Sales & Operation (S&OP) meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products as well as for opportunity in the market or segment.
∎ Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.
∎ Continues communication with R&D in Innovation Meeting and Supply Chain about product problem, solution, features, upcoming development etc.
∎ Plan & execute product marketing activities for the segment / area aligning with sales team.
∎ Support the MIS team by initiating different research, develop module, data collection etc. and give understanding of the market TIV for Each area model wise
∎ Developing the product team (Subordinates).
∎ Analyze the market demand for service and spare parts.
∎ Ensure quality service for the existing and new customers.
∎ Help credit sales to analyze/ cross check customers and help them to recover the credit.
∎ Keep tracking on vehicle aging (in all showrooms) and take necessary action.
∎ Monitor the vehicle order process (in bound & out bound).
∎ Keep monitoring on sales performance on the team he is running.
∎ Keep monitoring on the daily EMS and push/ direct/ suggest managers to follow up with customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Oral and Written Communication Skill.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Must have visionary leadership quality with better attitude to achieve the ambition.
∎ Willing to travel intensely all over the country.
∎ Computer literacy is must specially on MS Office Package.
