Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven track record of managing agencies, campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and consumer engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Collaborate with the business team to align brand strategies with business objectives, market goals, and revenue targets.

  • Translate business insights and market data into actionable brand initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communication Manager to act as a liaison between marketing requirements and external creative, media, and PR agencies

  • Develop and execute annual/quarterly content calendars in alignment with Marketing Communication Manager for digital, offline, and on-ground activations.

  • Oversee production of marketing materials, ensuring brand guidelines are maintained.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Retail, Corporate, HR) to ensure brand objectives are embedded across the organization.

  • Present brand strategies, campaign performance, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
