∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, GM Brands and GM Communication to rollout Brand initiatives within Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to drive Brand Positioning and Values amongst employees to build the organization as the employee brand of choice.
∎ Build a strong working relationship with GMs of plants, HR department, front end staff to successfully implement brand marketing initiatives.
∎ Maintaining a detailed network for key projects and ensure completion on time in full.
∎ Tracks the brand budget and takes corrective action, where necessary.
∎ Ensure consistency of the brand architecture and act as the single point of contact for the organization in terms of brand related executions.
∎ Craft and execute customized rollout plans for different employee groups, informed by thorough understanding of their behaviors and cultures.
