Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the relevant brand manager where required in ongoing brand management, to include: brand strategy, packaging, communications and activation
∎ Support the relevant brand manager in delivering effective marketing communications campaigns, including advertising, POSM, merchandising, activation, and internal communications
∎ Support the relevant brand manager in working with marketing, sales and trade marketing colleagues in Bangladesh to ensure the timely and successful implementation of campaigns
∎ Support the relevant brand manager where required in briefing and supervising a team of brand and communications agencies.
∎ To take responsibility for all of the administrative tasks in relation to the brand group's work, including budgeting and timing plans to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery
∎ As directed by the brand manager, to monitor brand performance and identify areas of opportunity/concern as appropriate.

∎ Consumer and Trade Communication
∎ Financial acumen
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Knowledge of MS Office tools
