Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a marketing strategy to reach customers effectively, communicate the value proposition of the product to them and influence their purchase decision
∎ Make annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans based on each product's capacity and utilization
∎ Create and execute marketing plans for current and future products and programs
∎ Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities
∎ Formulate marketing mix and prepare plan to increase market share and ensure sales growth for assigned brands
∎ Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and supports the company's bottom line
∎ Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall brand performance
∎ The Brand Manager of Powder Milk will be responsible for developing, implementing, and execut- ing marketing initiatives and activities for the powder milk product line. This role involves a strong focus on market research, product development, promotional campaigns, and maintain- ing the brand's image. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and operations, to ensure the brand's success in the market.
