Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
Track orders, deliveries, and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management.
Coordinate with the marketing, merchandising, and production teams to align sales and delivery schedules.
Identify sales trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery updates.
Assist in maintaining accurate customer and product data in the ERP or CRM system.
Support the sales team with performance analysis and decision-making tools.
Prepare sales presentations and reports for internal meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
