Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct physical examinations to provide age estimation certificates for newly recruited workers, ensuring compliance with employment eligibility criteria.
Educate all employees on workplace health and safety practices, fostering a culture of safety and well-being.
Prepare, maintain, and provide buyer compliance reports concerning medical and health-related aspects in accordance with company guidelines and buyer requirements.
Assess employees presenting with illness by conducting physical check-ups and verifying submitted documents to provide appropriate sick leave recommendations.
Offer medical advice and suggest further treatment plans to patients as needed for continued care and recovery.
Review and analyze reports related to sickness trends, injury cases, and investigation findings to support workplace safety improvements.
Conduct training sessions for employees on first aid, HIV/AIDS awareness, injury prevention, and overall health and safety practices.
Regularly follow up with pregnant employees, maintaining accurate records to ensure their health and well-being are monitored appropriately.
Ensure prompt and appropriate medical attention is provided to emergency or accident cases, including immediate referral to the nearest hospital when necessary.
