Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketer to grow our online IELTS/Spoken English school. You will be responsible for the entire student acquisition funnel—from creating content that builds trust with test-takers to managing paid ads and optimizing our email automation.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content calendar focused on high-value IELTS topics.

Create engaging short-form and long-form educational guides (blogs/YouTube) that showcase our teaching expertise.

Manage "Social Proof" by collecting and showcasing student success stories and testimonial videos.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management:

Design and optimize lead magnets to capture student emails.

Manage WhatsApp, Email marketing automation (drip campaigns) to nurture free users into paid course enrollees.

Paid Acquisition (PPC):

Run targeted ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram (retargeting website visitors) and Google Ads (targeting keywords like "IELTS online course" or "IELTS preparation").

Monitor ROI (Return on Investment) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) to ensure profitable student enrollment.

Community Management:

Engage with students in our social media comments, Facebook Groups, or Telegram channels to build community and trust.

Answer pre-sales questions via DMs or email with a helpful, consultative tone.

Requirements (Skills & Experience):

Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in EdTech, online coaching, or language learning sectors.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Google Analytics & Search Console to track traffic and conversion rates.

Experience with email marketing tools.

Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing skills (CapCut/Premiere) for social content.

Soft Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, international audience of non-native English speakers.

Understanding the "pain points" of IELTS students (fear of failure, deadline pressure) to write copy that resonates.

Proven track record of selling digital courses or info-products.

Familiarity with the IELTS exam structure (Academic vs. General Training).

Experience managing student communities on Telegram or Discord.

Knowledge of SEO strategies specifically for educational keywords.
