Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
Candidates from top-tier institutions will be given preference.
MBA/ Masters in marketing from any repotted university.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, preferably within FMCG or Beverage industry.
Strong analytical skills

Creative thinking and proven project management skill
The person will be responsible for developing and executing end to end brand strategies, overseeing ATL/BTL campaigns, managing market research and enhancing product positioning to increase market share as well as brand positioning of KK Tea
Key Responsibilities:
Formulation and execute comprehensive annual brand plan and marketing budget.
Monitor market trend, consumer insight and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Design and execute impactful 360 degree marketing campaigns ( Digital, electronic, print and on ground )
Collaborate with Sales and Trade marketing team to ensure brand visibility and product availability at retail, modern trade and corporate level.
Manage relationships with creative, media and PR agencies to ensure high quality deliverables
