Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead and enhance the brand identity of the British American Resource Center (BARC). As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in positioning our organization as the premier choice for English language learning and personal development. Your primary goal will be to establish a strong, consistent, and relatable brand that resonates with our audience, particularly students and young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with BARC’s vision, mission, and values.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and monitor innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee the design and production of promotional materials, both digital and print.
Content and Messaging:
- Ensure all communication aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and identity.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content for social media, blogs, and other platforms.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for advertising, PR, and design needs.
Customer Insights:
- Conduct regular research to understand customer preferences and market needs.
- Use data and feedback to refine branding strategies and improve customer experience.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze the performance of branding initiatives using KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
