∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Paint

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and plan marketing strategies of the assigned brands.
∎ Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
∎ Keeping track of market (competitors, new product launches, marketing strategies, offers etc.).
∎ Keep track of direct and indirect marketing expenses along with analyzing the cost effectiveness and efficiency of all branding activities.
∎ Preparing weekly, monthly, and other relevant reports (sales, customer analytics).
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing/ digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Co-ordinate with Marketing, Sales and Market Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns through working with various digital agencies.
∎ Running ad effectively in Social Media Channels & Google Display Network.
∎ Social media (Facebook primarily) content planning, scheduling, and briefing (for all of company’s business pages).
∎ Review, analyze, formulate, and verify pricing strategy to achieve company’s bottom line.
∎ Manage sign board, billboard and develop other ways of branding.
∎ Frequent field visit and visiting sales depot is a must.
∎ On ground execution with agencies/Vendors/Partners including Activation agencies, Media Agencies, Corporate & Event Partners
∎ Should be able to handle end to end partnership execution including prospecting, meetings, pitching, closure and agreement.
∎ Define/improve on product communications & develop a structured approach to acquire targeted customer and ensure repeat purchase.
∎ Analyze new trends in performance marketing and create an action plan to put them into execution.
∎ Build a relationship with influencers for the brand.
∎ Any other marketing or communications related work assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Can-do attitude
∎ Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for designing social media and offline contents
∎ Working experience in Digital Marketing, Online Ads Tools, Content and Creative Writing skills will be an advantage
