Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and executing brand and content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive brand awareness and loyalty.
∎ Creating compelling and engaging content across various channels, including website, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
∎ Managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement to foster brand presence and engagement.
∎ Identifying and managing relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences effectively, including negotiation of contracts, content creation guidelines, and performance tracking.
∎ Developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with influencers and content creators to ensure alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
∎ Managing and coordinating creative teams including graphics designers, video editors, photographers, cinematographers, models, live presenters, etc., to ensure high-quality content production.
∎ Providing guidance, feedback, and support to creative teams to ensure the best output in terms of graphics, videos, photography, and other content formats.
∎ Conducting market research and audience analysis to understand target demographics, preferences, and behavior, and integrating insights into content strategies.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product development to align content strategies with overall brand objectives.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and content management systems to optimize strategies and campaigns.
∎ Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and social media to innovate and improve strategies.
∎ Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across all content and communications.
∎ Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve brand and content marketing goals within allocated resources.
∎ Contributing to the overall marketing strategy and participating in cross-functional initiatives to support business objectives.
