∎ Preferred: Experience in student counseling for study abroad.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient branch performance.
∎ Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals and targets.
∎ Provide expert student counseling for overseas education opportunities.
∎ Develop strategies to grow the branch and increase student enrollments.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and students.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
∎ Prepare performance reports and present them to senior management.
∎ Job Summary: Inspiren Global Education is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Sylhet office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in student counseling for study abroad, and at least 2 years of managerial experience.
