Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Honors/Graduation in Any Subject from a Recognized institution.
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline With 3-4 Years Experience in Micro Finance Field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise day to day operations including disbursement and collections management and portfolio monitoring.
∎ Manage office cash flow.
∎ Monitor and ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures and best practices with respect to loan appraisals, loan disbursements, loan collections, overdue loans and default management, MIS and accounting.
∎ Undertake regular field visits, assessing a sample of loan applications directly.
∎ Supervise the processing of loan applications and take responsibility for approving all branch loans, based on the strength of the loan application.
∎ Submit weekly and monthly financial and narrative reports in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain office security, cash security and asset records.
∎ Manage the Branch Team and hold regular meetings to plan work and to discuss progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must demonstrate the attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive stance and positive style.
∎ Sound leadership quality with excellent communication & presentation skills.
∎ Should be proactive, cooperative, and an ideal team player in nature.
∎ Should have Good Computer Skills.
∎ Good problem solving skills.
∎ Those who can ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license. They will be given priority.
∎ Positive Mentality To Work Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 34500 (Monthly)
∎ A monthly allowance of TK 18000 will be available during training. After confirmation you will get total monthly salary allowance of TK 34500.
