Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Branch Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, aligning with company policies and objectives.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of ICT hardware and related products.
∎ Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies for operations and sales.
∎ Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer support for clients, including channel partners, government agencies, and corporate clients.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Drive the branch to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, such as multinational corporations, government bodies, and ISPs.
∎ Promoting Company Products: Actively promote Eurovision, Genata, Jovision products, and solutions like ColorMaster and SFLC technology to relevant industries.
∎ Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to the management team about market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Team Management: Recruit, train, and oversee branch staff to ensure effective performance.
∎ Goal Alignment: Ensure the team understands and works towards achieving branch and organizational objectives.
∎ Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
∎ Financial Management
∎ Budgeting: Manage the branch’s financial resources, including budgeting and cost control.
∎ Reporting: Prepare and submit regular financial and operational reports to the head office.
∎ Marketing Campaigns: Implement local marketing and promotional strategies to increase product visibility.
∎ Technology Adaptation: Lead initiatives to introduce and deploy new solutions like ColorMaster and SFLC in the local market.
∎ Problem-Solving: Handle challenges and find innovative solutions to operational, logistical, or customer-related issues.
∎ Alignment with Company Goals: Work closely with the central team to ensure the branch operates as an extension of the headquarters.
∎ Feedback Loop: Provide insights from the local market to help the company refine its product offerings and strategies.
