Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the playground.
∎ Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment that complies with safety and hygiene regulations.
∎ Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
∎ Implement policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Staff Management
∎ Train, and supervise playground staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
∎ Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure adequate staffing.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.Customer Service & Experience
∎ Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for children and parents.
∎ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
∎ Organize special events, birthday parties, and promotional activities to boost engagement.Sales & Revenue Management
∎ Drive sales by promoting membership programs, birthday party packages, and other services.
∎ Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance of the branch.
∎ Implement marketing strategies to attract more visitors and increase profitability.Health & Safety Compliance
∎ Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
∎ Conduct regular safety checks and train staff on first aid and emergency response.
∎ Stay updated with health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.Qualifications & Skills
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
∎ 3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or play area management.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations and first aid certification (preferred).
∎ We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Kids Playground. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while managing staff, customer service, and daily business operations.
