∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch
∎ Rollout and implement the business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery.
∎ Ensure new business development in coordination Head Office and regular customer visits and cross selling to existing customer base.
∎ Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
∎ Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and ensure customer service excellence
∎ Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
∎ Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch
∎ Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
∎ Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in any reputed commercial bank with a minimum of 3 years' experience as Branch Manager
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Excellent analytical skills
∎ Local residence will get preference
∎ Selected candidate will need to stay at respective branch area
