Experience:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth delivery of microfinance services.

• Supervise group formation, loan disbursement, and savings collection.

• Ensure proper implementation of organizational policies, program guidelines, and procedures.

• Monitor loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and repayments.

• Ensure portfolio quality by keeping PAR (Portfolio at Risk) within limits.

• Take proactive measures to prevent overdue loans and manage delinquency.

• Verify client eligibility, loan utilization, and group meeting practices.

• Identify risks (credit, operational, reputational) and take corrective actions.
