Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth delivery of microfinance services.
Supervise group formation, loan disbursement, and savings collection.
Ensure proper implementation of organizational policies, program guidelines, and procedures.
Monitor loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and repayments.
Ensure portfolio quality by keeping PAR (Portfolio at Risk) within limits.
Take proactive measures to prevent overdue loans and manage delinquency.
Verify client eligibility, loan utilization, and group meeting practices.
Identify risks (credit, operational, reputational) and take corrective actions.
