Experience:
Post-graduation degree from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager in any reputed Bank with proven track record.
Applicant preferably have started his/her career as MTO or Probationary Officer.
The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing Branch portfolio and achieve business target.
Maintain close liaison and coordination with all stakeholders.
Ensuring smooth functioning of daily Banking operations of the Branch aligning with the objectives set by the Management of the Bank.
Ensuring proper compliance in every aspect of Branch operations.
Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth of the Bank.
Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired sales targets.
Playing key role for delivering financial solutions that meet customer`s needs; building long lasting relationship in local community and ensuring high-quality customer services.
Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements.
Leading, coaching and managing Branch people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
