∎ Post-Graduate degree with minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure high service quality standards at branch level
∎ Manage all regular deposit and liability relationships
∎ Maintain end to end monitoring of customer transactions
∎ Supervise branch customer service team
∎ Attend all regulatory and internal guidelines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in full-time branch customer service of Banks/NBFIs, with at least 03 years’ experience in supervisory role.

Salary: Negotiable
