Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exceptionally skilled in the hands on maintenance, diagnosis and repair of designated plant
∎ and equipment within the limits of their skill and knowledge and be capable of anticipating
∎ potential faults or problems which may occur within the full range of services.
∎ To provide technical supervision to site staff as required and contribute at all times to a
∎ good "facilities team" performance.
∎ Assemble, install, calibrate and commission a wide range of advanced plant and equipment.
∎ To ensure that all areas in which work is undertaken are kept in a clean and tidy condition
∎ Responsibility for a service activity for ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and
∎ Safety legislation and site specific health, safety and welfare policies in accordance with the
∎ industry's best practices.
∎ The timely completion of allocated Planned Maintenance Tasks
∎ The timely completion of Reactive Maintenance Tasks.
∎ The accurate completion and population of all task sheets with relevant information.
∎ Complete task specific Risk Assessments and to ensure proactive adherence to Health and
∎ Safety at all times. Follow safety practices in work methods and procedures; (rules, regulations, codes, safe work habits and potential hazards presented by the work environment).
∎ Good knowledge of control logic and control loops diagrams. Good knowledge of water and power plant thermodynamics, steam turbine & gas turbines mechanic.
∎ preferably having Boiler / Steam

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1st class license holder
∎ Minimum 05 years about boiler operations, maintenance and solution all kinds of boiler related matters. Priority paper mills.
