∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial purposes.
∎ Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
∎ Establishing construction, manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
∎ Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities.
∎ Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
∎ Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
∎ Supervising or training project team members.
∎ Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
∎ Maintaining electrical equipment.
∎ Working with a variety of technicians.
∎ Maintain communication/liaison with all the government authorities.
∎ Routine checking of Electrical and electromechanical systems of all plant machinery & equipment.
∎ Perform preventive measures & routine maintenance.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Management as and when required.
∎ Ensuring safe, reliable and efficient plant operation through close monitoring of plant parameter and supervision of shift staff.
∎ Suggest new effective ideas to improve operation performance, safety and reliability.
∎ Ensuring proper execution of equipment change-over schedule and testing program.
∎ Ensuring accident free operations by abiding station safety rules and regulations.
∎ Guide, motivate and develop the staff to ensure reliable and effective performance of the units.
∎ Detecting plant abnormality and raise defect notification to maintenance and necessary follow up.
∎ Reviewing Method statement (MS) and Risk Assessment (RA) for maintenance work to ensure safety for man and machine.
∎ Analyzing the operational problems encountered and finding solutions / procedures / practices to avoid the re-occurrence of electrical problems.
∎ Performance monitoring of shift staff and taking initiative to improve performance through On Job Training, group discussion and Toolbox talk.
∎ Acting as Site Main Controller in the event of Plant.
∎ Be vigilant in the work area, identify and report to their Supervisors about imminent dangers / hazards / concerns to environment, health and safety.
∎ Always follow the standard operations control and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years with paper mills.
