Additional Requirements:
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- 2–5 years of professional BIM modelling experience.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (essential).
- Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows (e.g., ISO 19650 is a plus).
- Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or other BIM/3D tools (preferred).
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience on international projects.
- Familiarity with IFC workflows and interoperability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
