Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome a guest & Handling the Concierge Desk.
∎ Answer the telephone in a standard way.
∎ Use the photocopy machine
∎ Coordinates with Bell Boy & Load the transport luggage and other articles
∎ 05. Assist in rooming guest & guest at Check in /check out .
∎ Show rooms to a guest & how to change a room.
∎ Performs errands, deliver morning news papers to guest room.
∎ Deliver guest service equipment and supplies to guest
∎ Clean the lobby entrance,
∎ Clean the bell stand and luggage carts
∎ Process and deliver mail ,messages or packages
∎ Provide valet parking
∎ Use the facsimile machine
∎ Check a room occupancy
∎ Check a room for occupancy
∎ Check a room for occupancy
∎ Provide door service for guest
∎ Assist with luggage for group arrivals and departures
∎ Update the function reader board.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
