Job Location: Bashundara R/A, I Block,JCX Buisness Tower.

Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other specialty drinks.

• Ensure all drinks meet quality and presentation standards.

• Customize drinks based on guest preferences, including milk alternatives or adjustments to sweetness or strength.

Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders and provide drink recommendations based on preferences.

• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing attentive, personalized service.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Cash Handling and Transactions:

• Accurately process customer orders and payments, including handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, or mobile payments

• Inventory and Stock Management:

• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

• Notify supervisors when stock is low or needs replenishing.

• Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization:

• Keep the coffee station, work areas, and seating areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Compliance and Safety:

• Follow all company policies, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while preparing beverages.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other baristas, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations & also Assist teammates when necessary

Quality Control:

• Consistently check the quality of beverages, ensuring they meet both company standards and customer expectations
