Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.
∎ Strong customer service and communication skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
∎ Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
∎ Good cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) system operation skills.
∎ Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
∎ Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently according to recipes.
∎ Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area.
∎ Manage cash register: handle payments, issue receipts, and balance cash drawer.
∎ Recommend products, upsell pastries or additional menu items when appropriate.
∎ Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
∎ Restock supplies like coffee beans, milk, cups, and napkins as needed.
∎ Communicate clearly with team members and assist in training new staff if required.
∎ Address customer questions, feedback, or complaints professionally and promptly.
∎ Stay updated about new coffee trends and menu changes.
