Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and reach out to potential clients requiring recruitment or facility management services.
∎ Build relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and SMEs.
∎ Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
∎ Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
∎ Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Maintain long-term relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations and renewals.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
∎ Analyze sales data to improve future strategies.
∎ Any other task assigned by the team leader or authority.
