Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring Surveillance Feeds: Continuously observe live video feeds from multiple CCTV cameras to identify and respond to suspicious activity, security breaches, or emergencies.
∎ Incident Response and Reporting: Quickly respond to incidents by reporting suspicious behavior, activating alarms, or contacting emergency personnel. Document and record incidents with detailed report findings to supervisors or relevant authorities.
∎ Operating and Maintaining Equipment: Ensure that CCTV equipment, recording systems, and control room technology are in good working order. report any technical issues promptly.
∎ Data Management: Maintain organized records of surveillance footage and reports. Retrieve and review footage when necessary, especially during investigations.
∎ Coordinating with Security supervisor : Communicate effectively with on-site security staff, emergency responders to ensure timely action and coordinated responses to incidents.
