Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chef, Hospital management training, Kitchen, Operations, People Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Party/ Community Center, Resort, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raw material received from store.
∎ Prepare food items as per order of the visitors.
∎ Ensure quality, quantity and high standard of foods and snacks.
∎ Ensure best quality raw materials and ingredients in the kitchen.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the equipment and machineries of the kitchen.
∎ Ensure health, hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen.
∎ Plan and develop new type of food and snacks items as per guest demands and expectation.
∎ Ensure efficient use of gas and electricity in the kitchen.
∎ Ensure all utensils and cutleries in the kitchen are clean, safe and hygienic.
∎ Ensure cleanness of the kitchen area.
∎ Practice efficient process of waste management in the kitchen.
∎ Preserve raw material in hygienic way.
∎ Maintain raw material register.
∎ Follow the instruction of the head chef for food production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have leadership aptitude, Physically and mentally strong.
∎ Willing to extend working time if required.
∎ Overseas experience holders will get preference.
∎ Through knowledge about Food Safety, Health Hygiene, Cleanliness and well acquainted with kitchen equipment and maintain these according to International Standards.
∎ Should possess strong networking capability, entertaining clients, ability to plan ahead and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
∎ Fluent in spoken & written English and Bangla as well as very good in listening.
∎ Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
∎ Familiar with MS Office package and Internet Browsing.
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities are required to run the Kitchen activities smoothly.
∎ Must have a "Can Do Attitude".

Salary: Negotiable
