Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced Bakery Chef for Bread and Pastry, Cakes, Cookies, Desserts.
∎ Functional Area: Bakery.
∎ Location: Jarun, Konabari, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a wide variety of foods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, Pastry, Desserts etc. following traditional and modern recipes
∎ Creativity to design new and unique menu items to attract customers
∎ Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment
∎ Understand visitors Preferences and make suggestions based on findings.
∎ Time management skills to deliver orders on schedule and avoid wasting food
∎ Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
∎ Decorate and present pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, bread, and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way
∎ Leadership skills to manage the pastry section and staff
∎ Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
∎ In depth knowledge of Sanitation principles, Food Preparation and Baking techniques and nutrition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Portfolio of creative, unique dishes.
∎ Expert multitasking ability.
∎ Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
