Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitored children while their parents were away.
∎ Established positive relationships with the children by designing creative games and activities.
∎ Focused on providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
∎ Motivated and provided encouragement through offering emotional support.
∎ Supervised hygiene by changing diapers and assisting in washing hands and bathing.
∎ Assessed children's developmental needs and met them appropriately.
∎ Discussed progress and limitations with parents when necessary.
∎ Promoted good behavior by using the positive reinforcement method.
∎ Assisted employer by maintaining a clean but safe environment.
∎ Observed and monitor children's play activities.
∎ Communicated with children's parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues.
∎ Follow the day care instruction.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management .
