Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate standard orientation to managers/functional head on staff development, succession planning and rationalization; talent management and leadership development activity.
∎ Liaison between employees, management and Human Resources providing information and consultation regarding relevant Human Resource issues, policies, practices, procedures and employment laws and regulations.
∎ Monitors and evaluates trainee's progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards.
∎ Responsible for developing and integrating human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
∎ Support the HR leadership in Goal setting, performance review & reward, design / develop performance-based incentive programs and implementation thereof.
∎ Design and deliver organizational development and change management strategies, processes, and interventions that support the Fund's ambition to be a high-performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
∎ Manage the performance management system, including developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans and performance improvement plans.
∎ Provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management. Coach and train operational departments on various aspects of the business from a Human Resource perspective.
∎ Develop a positive relationship with all employees. Promote direct communication and positive rapport among employees and managers.
∎ Responsible for workforce planning, budget presentation, manpower budget, HR costing and presenting a hiring plan/market mapping and strategies.
