Job Responsibilities:
∎ The AV production Manager will have strong technical skills, work well under short time constraints, and be able to pivot easily from one task or idea to another
∎ Manage and delegate tasks to team for most effective and efficient productivity
∎ Be up-to-date with current trends in audio and video production
∎ Provide quality directive to improve upon video scripts and production
∎ Research and generate new & unique content ideas to achieve organizational goals
∎ Collaborate with designers and other departments to create content
∎ Communicate and liaise with external/internal parties to smoothen production time and quality
∎ Plan and schedule timelines according to task, month, quarter in order to achieve goals without delay
∎ Stay up-to-date with both local and global real estate industries as well as marketing trends
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputed university
∎ Proven working experience in relevant fields for at least 5 years
∎ Experience at balancing multiple responsibilities to meet the increasing demand for technology-based presentations
∎ Ability to understand & incorporate brand image
∎ Excellent communication skills, both Bangla and English
∎ Good knowledge of AV tools for smooth communication with editors
∎ Previous experience working in advertising, media outlets, or similar field is preferred
∎ Ability to meet tight deadlines and have the ability to quickly complete tasks and work under pressure
∎ Extensive contacts with AV vendors
∎ Ability to work a flexible schedule as is common in the industry
