Additional Requirements:
He/ She should have at least Diploma in Architecture with at least 10 years work experience in CAD Drawing work of High rise building (minimum 10 storied).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
- Revise drawings based on engineer/architect feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain drawing accuracy, dimensions, and layer management.
- Convert hand sketches or markups into professional CAD files.
- Ensure drawings comply with company and project standards.
- Assist in preparing architectural, structural, and MEP layouts.
- Organize and archive drawing files and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams for design updates.
- Support in preparing as-built drawings after project completion.
