∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Micro finance as Audit Officer /Audit Specialist will be given preference.
∎ Should have experience in audit department of development sector/NGO in Micro finance program.
∎ Good command on MS-Office (MS word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong Analytical and Report-writing skills.
∎ Willingness to travel and work in the remote areas.
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Micro finance as Audit Officer /Audit Specialist will be given preference.
∎ Should have experience in audit department of development sector/NGO in Micro finance program.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Audit Policy established by the organizations should be maintained properly with zero tolerance.
∎ Responsible to audit all vouchers, collection sheets, pass book, all register at Branch, Area, zonal, Regional & Head office level.
∎ Responsible to audit all the programs of IDF.
∎ Develop audit reports that recommend process of improvement.
∎ Responsible to supervise financial audits according to the annual audit plan.
∎ Able to use Microfin-360 (DataSoft) software.
∎ The duties and responsibilities of the Audit Officer are as follows:
