Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting Finance Management
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in Micro finance as Audit Officer will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Micro Credit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Policy and system laid down by the organizations are maintained properly with zero tolerance.
∎ Responsible to vouch all vouchers in CODEC Microfinance at Zone/Branch.
∎ Correctly performs most routine audit, review and compilation engagement procedures in a timely and professional manner
∎ Develops well supported audit reports that recommend process improvement and/or financial benefits.
∎ Responsible for supervise perform operational and financial audits according to the annual audit plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years working experience in Micro Finance - Audit Department.
∎ Should have experience in audit department of development sector/ NGO sector in Micro finance Program.
∎ Posting place will be at any of the zones of CODEC Micro Finance Program. but, s/he should have willingness to made extensive field visit in coastal belt of CODEC's Micro finance Program working areas.
∎ Should have knowledge on Internal Audit in Microfinance Program
∎ Should have willingness to work at branch level.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ After completing of probation period (06 months) Along with Basic salary - House rent, Hardship allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Fund, Transport allowance, Mobile allowance, launch allowance, Group Insurance, Special Insurance coverage for sickness, Leave En-cashment, festival bonus, Micro finance allowance and other admissible allowance/facilities will be provided as per organization rules.
