Responsibilities & Context:
Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, sound systems, speakers, video cameras, lighting, and conferencing tools.
Support live events, lectures, and presentations by managing audio, video, and lighting systems.
Ensure proper connectivity and integration of AV systems with computers, networks, and streaming platforms.
Manage video recording, editing, and archiving of institutional or corporate events.
Coordinate with IT and facilities departments for setup and troubleshooting of multimedia systems.
Maintain inventory of AV equipment, cables, accessories, and spare parts.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, network devices, and software applications.
Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving technical faults in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, internet access, and Wi-Fi performance.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and accessories.
Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT purchases, maintenance, and warranty claims.
Ensure IT security by managing antivirus systems and user awareness.
Prepare and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
Monitor and maintain CCTV and biometric systems
Any other responsibilities assigned by the authority.
