∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level and above);
∎ 6+ months of experience in configuring, supporting and developing Atlassian products;
∎ The following qualities: responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, competent oral and written speech, sociability;
∎ Understanding of development/testing/implementation/support processes.
∎ Experience of working with Atlassian products will be an advantage;
∎ Experience related to oral communication with English-speaking customers will be an advantage.

∎ Participation in projects for building systems based on Atlassian products;
∎ Development of additional functionality for Atlassian products: Script Runner scripts, automations;
∎ Migration tasks for Atlassian products;
∎ Customer consultations on the operation of the systems;
∎ Oral and written communication with foreign customers.
