Position: Architectural/Design Engineer
Location: Project sites across Bangladesh (under BEPZA, BEZA, BSCIC)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of ground-level experience in industrial construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site analysis and translate field conditions into actionable design inputs

• Produce accurate manual drawings and sketches for concept development and site coordination

• Develop detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software

• Create 3D models and photorealistic renders for client presentations and internal approvals

• Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and execution alignment

• Support BOQ preparation and material estimation through precise dimensional documentation

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools

• Strong understanding of industrial construction detailing and sequencing

• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings

• Ground-level experience in site coordination and design adaptation

• Clear communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Experience working under BEPZA, BEZA, or BSCIC regulations is a plus
