Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Computer/ EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert on all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Desktop, Laptop, Mac, Network printers, Laser Jet printers, Scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors and UPS/IPS etc.
∎ Experience on Printer, Monitor, UPS, IPS repair.
∎ • Understanding LAN/ WAN equipment's like Router, Switch and Server for proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
∎ Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users roles, assign privileges).
∎ Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook & web mail etc.
∎ • Establish and maintain sound backup and data recovery policies and procedures.
∎ Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
∎ Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
∎ Take care of all the administration of IT devices & infrastructure.
∎ • Must have skills in Graphics design (PS, Illus).
∎ Handling existing tcp-ip/network configuration, networking equipment, servers and workstations.
∎ Installation of operating systems, driver software, application software, configuring emails in outlook with backup system. Knowledge of Mac applications will be an advantage.
∎ • Overseeing company websites, domain control panel and hosting panel server including administration.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer hardware system.
∎ Sound knowledge to process employees' attendance data sheet & salary sheet from software.
∎ CCTV Camera and DVR monitoring and administration and report monthly as per requirements.
∎ Any other IT related works of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, VLAN, Firewall -Cyber roam
∎ Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration
∎ Good knowledge of server hardware, Disk storage technology, I/O devices
∎ Innovative thinker
∎ Have sound self-discipline and focus on self development
∎ Excellent communication skill.
