Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced & skill performer who will lead as AVP of HRD of the Company.
∎ The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update HR Policy of the Company.
∎ Maintain Employees Database and keep records in systematic way.
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
∎ Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
∎ Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
∎ Supervise to conduct and manage administrative job.
∎ Employee Appraisal and ensure their Benefits.
∎ Handing Legal Compliance.
∎ Arrange Training and Develop employees skills.
∎ Employee Records and Performance Reviews.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Good Knowledge in HRM Software.
∎ A distinguished record of intellectual and administrative achievement.
∎ Commitment to the highest standards of communication skill.
∎ The ability to think strategically and drive institutional innovation.
∎ Outstanding listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to sustain a culture of mutual trust and respect among all constituencies.
