Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes,
∎ Weigh or measure ingredients, such as meats and vegetables,
∎ Prepare vegetables and other ingredients for cooking,
∎ Maintain and run the machines for dicing, peeling, cutting, grinding ingredients for cooking,
∎ Transfer the ingredients to the kitchen for cooking.
