Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greets and interacts with customers in showroom.
∎ Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to the products.
∎ Demonstrates and explains products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs.
∎ Answers customer's questions about products.
∎ Assists customers with purchase decisions.
∎ Retrieves products from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
∎ Processes returns and exchanges.
∎ Should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.
∎ Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
∎ Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
∎ Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
∎ Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
∎ Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
∎ Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing sales results for all product lines as planned.
∎ Ensure compliance with sales agreements, policies and parameters established by management
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
