Sales Manager for Dhaka. The person will be responsible for generating Sales & Dealership for the Company.The Company looking for Smart & energetic Asst. Sales Manager for Dhaka Office.We never compromise on Quality Products & believe in Quality & Service.Asst. Sales Manager should be capable to handle & manage own territory dealership Management.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Set up in Own territory Dealer selection as per policy·
- To setup distribution network and sales force·
- Supervise field forces through field visits, observation and measurement of results and monitor daily activities of field force·
- Monitoring, supervising, & training the sales force in its own territory.
- Reviewing their own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitoring competitor's activities & reporting accordingly.
- Ensuring promotional activities are executed accordingly.
- Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
- Trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKU.
- Prepare annual sales forecast by measuring the market demand.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
